Hey I have one, now maybe we shouldnt discuss it this week casue this is a hard one, but yesterday we got talking to a cool guy named Joe for "Frontiers" at the 8th grade retreat and the subject turned to how we remember ryan. And while we all talked about it, we were at a loss of how to publicly express remembrance. So heres the question, "How should we remember Ryan?"

ReplyDeleteso. If God is a loving God and he is in control of our lives, why does he let things happen like Ryan's death? Why should we love a God that does that to us?
Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
How was Ryan's death prosperous and not harming to him or to anyone of his friends? What good can come from this that outweighs this tragedy?
oh.... ok.. so.. Let's exclude Adam and Solie, because everyone else is in a relationship. Anyways, What makes a relationship "special" and at what point does it become special? how do you know if you just are infatuated with someone or truely like them for who they are? When should relationships be ended?

the 'god letting bad things happen to good people' is interesting, but the answer is kind of quick.
relationships is good. how far is too far to go with a girl (adam excluded).
we could do a challenge. like try to have everyone in the group read their bible for each day for a week. or something.
gah.... im bored and i need to past some more time until english gets out... blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah... why is english so boring!!! alsdkjfadl;kfjadslkf hmm.. food... i want some chocolate chip french toast!! and a sprite.. but i dont want to pay for the sprite....
